Careviso, a health tech startup that improves patient access to diagnostic testing, came to Skydog following a failed Salesforce implementation in preparation for some rapid company growth. The processes in Salesforce were extremely manual with limited guidance or automation to streamline. Additionally, their Sales, Marketing, and Customer Cares teams were all operating in siloed systems. These combined led to poor user adoption and incomplete data for reporting.
Careviso's Tech Stack
Skydog did a full re-Implementation, where we took a phased approach to tackle the needs of each team. First, we re-evaluated their sales processes and implemented clear stages and requirements in addition to a new DocuSign integration to streamline their contract generation and e-signature process. Next, we worked with their marketing team to implement Pardot, relying on many of the newly created and required fields for automated communications. Finally, we rolled-out cases for their Customer Cares team to track their customer issues and automate their workflow.
Careviso now has a single source of truth for the full lifecycle of a customer in Salesforce, from marketing activity to the sales processes and customer care. Reps can see a full view of their accounts while executives have key insights into the overall health and trends of their business. Additionally, due to the ease of use, abundance of data, and streamlined functionality from automation & integrations, Salesforce is no longer a pain point, but a tool that the team relies on everyday.
