Reporting: Cross Filters
This is a big week, as it's our first reporting video of many to come. We know that reporting is a crucial part of many days spent in Salesforce and want to continue to empower you with the best reporting features. Cross Filters are a great way to find records with/without associated records, i.e. Accounts without Contacts. You can have a maximum of three Cross Filters per report. Check out the video below for a brief tutorial on how to take your reporting skills to the next level!
NOTE: This is an Enterprise only feature. You can determine your Salesforce edition by visiting "Company Information" in the "Setup" gear icon.
