Subscribing to Reports and Dashboards

Reports and Dashboards are one of the powerful tools in Salesforce, especially if you find yourself utilizing a specific report or dashboard every day. It may be useful to utilize Salesforce's feature of subscribing to reports or dashboard.

Salesforce allows you to choose between delivery options of daily, weekly, monthly, or only if it meets certain criteria. No need to send it if it doesn't contain the date you need. Upon subscribing to your report or dashboard, it is refreshed on the backend so that this information you receive is always up to date.

Note: Each user may subscribe to up to 5 reports or dashboards.
