Carmen Santos

Carmen joins Skydog Ops as an Internal Operations Manager. She’s a natural planner who calls empathy her super power. Thanks to her background in Program Management, she has developed a passion for communicating with others, understanding their needs and helping them streamline operations. Most of her experience comes from the Airline industry, where she learned to understand and appreciate complex problems. In her free time, you’ll find her reading, doing yoga or exploring State parks with her family.
