Jimmy Downing

Jimmy joins Skydog Ops with a passion to help companies grow by driving implementation as well as ongoing system improvements on the Salesforce platform.

He values an approachable and open attitude, with a consistent goal of simplifying Salesforce for Users of all technical abilities.Prior to joining Skydog Ops, Jimmy worked as an Accountant and Salesforce Administrator for a small HVAC company. It was here that he completed his first Salesforce certification and his passion for Salesforce blossomed. He then transitioned his career working for a large Salesforce consulting company as a Business Analyst - which eventually led him to Skydog Ops!

In his free time, you’ll find Jimmy spending time with his family and friends, watching sports, playing golf, and of course hanging out with his dog Keira. He’s a Boston sports fan, so be sure to mention it every time his favorite team loses.
