Austin joins Skydog with a strong background in technology, operations, and process improvement. He enjoys helping teams refine systems, simplify workflows, and use data and tools to create smoother and more effective business operations.

His most recent experience includes supporting global IT environments and resolving technical issues across diverse systems. His background includes digital security consulting where he worked on security assessments, risk evaluations, and preparedness efforts for organizations in finance and healthcare.

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Security Risk Analysis from Pennsylvania State University, and holds multiple certifications in the Information Security field. When he is off the clock, he enjoys cooking, climbing, hiking, and working on his converted 1978 Blue Bird school bus.
