Brad Connell

Brad joins Skydog Ops with a passion for designing creative, scalable solutions that improve clients’ CRM journeys. A people-first consultant, he enjoys building meaningful partnerships and helping teams work smarter. Brad’s favorite part of CRM and Rev Ops consulting is solving complex problems through automation, reducing manual effort for end users and optimizing the entire sales and lead-to-cash process.

With over seven years in the Salesforce consulting ecosystem, Brad has served as both a Manager and Senior Solutions Architect, with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash architecture. He holds 13 Salesforce Certifications and has partnered with clients across a range of industries, including high-tech SaaS, real estate and financial services, and manufacturing. Prior to consulting, Brad was a Salesforce end user in Sales and Sales Operations roles within the financial services industry.

Brad earned a BA in Economics and History from Denison University.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys long runs through Rock Creek Park and the national monuments, indoor bouldering, and cheering on DC sports teams.
