Joe Shelton

Joe joins Skydog Ops with a passion for helping organizations optimize their business processes through effective technology solutions. He is a dedicated collaborator who enjoys working closely with clients to architect solutions that drive efficiency, improve workflows, and maximize their technology investment.

Joe has over a decade of experience in sales and leadership roles and has worked with dozens of companies on Salesforce projects, providing him with a strong understanding of the needs of growing organizations. He has a deep technical understanding of Salesforce customization and automation, coupled with training and experience in sales methodologies, process improvement, and people management. His expertise includes implementing and optimizing Salesforce technologies to enhance sales, service, marketing, revenue, and delivery operations. He is adept at building data-driven analytics and forecasting to help organizations make informed decisions.

Joe holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma. As well as multiple Salesforce Certifications. 

At home, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their three dogs. He is a music enthusiast and loves making music with his family and playing his guitars.
