Will Draughon

Will joins Skydog with experience in Salesforce consulting, systems integration, and go-to-market operations. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex technical problems, blending deep platform expertise across core Salesforce clouds with a strong focus on how teams actually work.

Prior to Skydog, Will worked as a Salesforce Solution Architect supporting clients across industries, designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions to support the entire lead-to-cash workflow. He also served as product lead for Salesforce Spiff, partnering with sales and revenue teams to scale incentive compensation and drive adoption.

Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance from Texas A&M University and lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and one-year-old son.
